We offer free tracked delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, and many other countries! By shipping directly from our warehouses across Asia, we’re able to keep shipping costs low and pass those savings on to you.
Important update for our U.S. customers: Due to newly implemented tariffs introduced by the Trump administration, we have increased our prices for our US customers to help offset these fees. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

4. Delivery Cost
- Free tracked delivery is available to the United States, the United Kingdom,
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany and other countries - Due to the pandemic and inflation, the costs associated with delivery and
insurance have increased for countries like the UAE and other countries. - Consequently, you may notice a delivery fee during checkout, which is intended
to help cover these additional expenses.

5. Import Duties & Taxes
- Our parcels are normally delivered successfully without customers incurring
any customs, import taxes, or fees. - Any additional duties or import tariffs charged by the United States Customs
and Border Protection or the local shipping company are the responsibility of the
buyer. - If a customs fee is incurred, please email us and we will do our best to provide
a solution. - We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during customs checks.
6. Multiple Parcels
- We will do our best to combine your items into a single parcel whenever
possible. - We may ship your order in multiple parcels to ensure the safety of your items
during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs. - This is due to restrictions based on size and weight.
- Items may be stored at different warehouses.
7. Failed Delivery
- Shipping updates will be sent to you through email.
- Please ensure you are home to receive your package at the scheduled delivery
or collection time. - If you are unable to be present, kindly notify your local post office or arrange
for a trusted family member or neighbour to receive the parcel on your behalf.
8. Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Parcels
- Please report any missing parcels within 15 days of your parcel being marked
as delivered. - Investigating your parcel beyond this timeframe may be challenging for the
postal service, and we may be unable to offer a complimentary reshipment or a
refund if you contact us later. - We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels when delivering to a
shared location (shop, restaurant, business, military base, or apartment). - It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all shipping details.
- In instances where we anticipate delivery issues, we may contact you via email
to verify your shipping address.
9. Delayed Parcels
- If your parcel is experiencing delays, please report this issue to our customer
support team via email at info@hubbahaus.com with your order number and the
item(s) missing. - You have 15 days to report any missing parcels after 60 days from the original
order date.
10. Missing Parcels
- You will receive a confirmation email when a parcel is out for delivery.
- Occasionally, the shipping courier may prematurely mark a parcel as delivered.
- If you receive a delivery confirmation email but haven't received your parcel,
consider the following:- Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as
delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the following days. - Contact your local post office for more information regarding your parcel, as
they will be able to provide accurate information. - Please check your front porch or mailbox for a note from your local post
office.

11. Special Occasions
- We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for any special
occasion. - Please ensure that you place your order well in advance to allow for any
unforeseen delays. - If you would like to return an item, please email us within 15 days of the parcel
arriving.
12. Returned Parcel
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery
attempts, unclaimed status with the courier, or any other reason, please email us
with your order number within 30 days of your purchase date. - We are not responsible for refunds if the provided shipping address at
checkout is incorrect or if you have moved addresses. - Reshipments will incur handling and reshipment fees.
- Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility
for free shipping.
